You may close your rezeki66 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable charges and after satisfactory KYC verification) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant may be closed without notice.
